We are based between High Wycombe and Amersham in Buckinghamshire. Support consultations can be face to face or on online. Running plans, strength programs and fitness plans can be written to suit you for your chosen length of time or month.

One to one PT sessions


A fully qualified personal trainer offering bespoke sessions to target your needs. These sessions can focus on strength, sport preparation, weight loss, menopause or just general health and fitness. They can be held in your home or a small private space in Hazlemere or at a fully equipped commercial gym.

Running coaching


Group or one to one running coaching and strength for runners from a qualified running coach and personal trainer currently coaching at Wycombe Phoenix Harriers and John Hampden Grammar School.

Running programs


Bespoke programs to suit your goals from 5km to marathons. These can be race specific, or to reach your own personal goals. They can include strength to support your running, and you can choose the amount of check in support you have. Running plans are available for a set time period or can be ongoing each month with a new plan sent every 2 weeks. Please get in touch to discuss your individual requirements.

Strength programs


These are written as bespoke plans to suit your requirements. For example we have produced fitness plans for young footballers before the start of the season, 8 week strength training programs for marathon runners before the big training block begins, and 12 week weight loss programs incorporating strength and HIIT. Prices start from £45 per month. They can be mixed with face to face or online PT sessions for extra support.

Support with your marathon training. Mixing up the long runs. A sequence of 12 long runs to build into your weekly training plan to suit you as an individual for £40.
