Running consistently is the key to running success. Many runners can benefit from a helping hand to achieve their goals. Getting the correct balance of easy and intense running along with an appropriate strength program can help you keep running and smash pb's! We can write personalised race, finess or individual goal specific plans to support you on your running journey.

Health and Fitness


General advice and programs for improving health and fitness along side nutritional advice. This could be for a young athlete prior to their competition season or a woman going through menopause. We can support you through these processes with programs written to meet your individual needs.

How can I help you?

I am passionate about healthy living and the benefits it brings people. As well as endless physical and medical benefits, regular exercise provides people with self-confidence and positive mental wellbeing. As a qualified PT and England Athletics running coach with a biology degree, I have a wide scope of knowledge to develop a program to best suit your needs and achieve your goals.

A keen runner myself, I completed the London Marathon this year, earning a good-for-age place for next year and was part of the Wycombe Phoenix winning ladies team in the Chiltern Cross Country league. I pride myself on being adaptable and effective to a wide range of clients, specialising in fitness through menopause, strength for runners and general all-round health and conditioning.
